Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the mpo04 website accessible at https://mpo04.cam and all associated services, tools, and features.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon registration, used to access Platform services.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a User's Account for the purpose of placing bets or wagers.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by mpo04 to Users.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Users prior to withdrawal.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering regulations applicable under the Operator's international licensing framework.

To register and use mpo04, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. mpo04 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any User found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately suspended and all Funds returned minus any bonuses claimed.
2. You must be the legitimate owner of the payment methods used to deposit and withdraw Funds from your Account.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be classified as a self-excluded player under any active self-exclusion arrangement at mpo04 or any other recognised gambling platform.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each Account must represent a single individual, used exclusively by that individual.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of an employee of mpo04 or any of its affiliated companies.

Each eligible User may register one Account only. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds held therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a current Indonesian phone number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials (username and password). mpo04 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

mpo04 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

mpo04 operates in compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. All Users are required to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered for large deposits or unusual account activity.

The following documents are typically required:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or Indonesian driver's licence.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days, showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, confirming physical possession of the document.
• Payment method verification: Evidence of ownership of any bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, such as a redacted bank statement showing your name and account number.

mpo04 targets a KYC processing time of 1–24 hours during normal operational periods. Users will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed.

mpo04 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Available channels may vary by transaction type and account verification status.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50,000.
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits made via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed instantly during banking hours. Processing times may extend during system maintenance periods.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible.
• mpo04 targets withdrawal processing within a reasonable timeframe subject to KYC status, bonus wagering requirements, and AML review. No specific withdrawal processing time is guaranteed.
• Withdrawals are subject to security checks. mpo04 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Any Funds derived from bonus play must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted.

mpo04 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple Accounts will result in disqualification and Account suspension.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion terms (the Wagering Requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and cash funds are tracked separately. Cash funds may generally be withdrawn at any time; bonus-derived winnings are subject to Wagering Requirements.
• mpo04 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if it suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional mechanics.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sports bets, and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus or bonus-derived winnings not used within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

mpo04 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and/or email.

All bets placed on mpo04 are subject to the general betting rules applicable to the relevant product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, and other available formats). The following principles apply across all product types:

• A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the Platform system and a confirmation message is displayed. Bets not yet confirmed are not binding on mpo04.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, mpo04 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes server errors, display errors, or any situation where incorrect odds or payouts were displayed due to a system fault.
• For sports betting, including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League — as well as bandar bola (bookmaker-style football wagering) and mix parlay (multi-match accumulator) bet types — mpo04 follows standard industry settlement rules. Incomplete matches are settled according to applicable competition rules and mpo04's in-house settlement policy.
• For casino and slot games, the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) determines all outcomes. Displayed RTP percentages are calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• Maximum winnings per bet or per day may be subject to limits as published in individual game or sports-market rules. mpo04 reserves the right to apply maximum payout caps.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mpo04 and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or creating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in casino games to gain an illegitimate advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting using bonus funds in a manner designed to eliminate risk and guarantee profit from promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such exploitation must be reported to mpo04 immediately; failure to do so and exploiting known errors is a material breach of these Terms.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering or financing of prohibited activities.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other personal information during registration, KYC, or customer support interactions.

All content on the mpo04 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of mpo04 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of mpo04.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo04 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on Platform content or services.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond mpo04's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payouts caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, provided that mpo04 corrects such errors within a reasonable timeframe upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

mpo04 is committed to promoting a safe and sustainable gaming environment. We actively encourage all players to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from all mpo04 services. Self-exclusions are irrevocable for their designated duration.

mpo04 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

mpo04 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the Platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology.

mpo04 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and KYC service providers strictly as required for Platform operations and compliance obligations.

mpo04 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before they take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of remaining Funds.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo04 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as designated by the Operator's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
